Can I buy ferry tickets on arrival from the airport to Dongdu Ferry Terminal to Sanqiutian Wharf ?

Will be flying in to (XMN)Xiamen Gaoqi International T3 arriving eta 13:30
Any chance we can still buy ferry tickets to enable us to check in to our already booked hotel in Gulangyu?

We are factoring in some delay at customs or flight delays. Thus may not be able to take the ferry from Dongdu Port.
