I am a Ghanaian resident in South Africa. Am I legible to get a Z visa here or I have to go back

It is eligible for you to get a China Z visa in South Africa if you reside in South Africa, please provide document to prove your legal status in South Africa, such as residence permit or visa valid for at least 6 months.
