About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Taipei, Chengdu, Nepal

Hi there, I need to go from Taipei, transfer in Chendu to get to Nepal. And the same route back. Both are within 24 hours. Can i clear customers/immigration using the 24-hour-free transit visa? And would it be possible to visit the panda sanctuary, I would realistically only have one morning available (08:00-12:00)?

Yes, both your itineraries are eligible for 24-hour visa free transit.

4 hours are quite tight to visit the Panda Base. Because it's far from the airport and there may be a long queue at the ticket office if it's on weenkend or on holidays. Anyway, morning is a good time to see the lovely animals when they are active after one night's rest.
