About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Visa type

Hello,

I would like to travel to China for the period of 2-3 months as a tourist.
My plan besides exploring cities, i'm also looking for some work exchange experience for example working in the hostel without salary but to have free accommodation, in this case, what type of visa should I apply? Is "L type" suitable?

L visa may be the best choice as it may be very hard for you to apply for other visas. But the duration of stay for L type is usually 30 days.
