About:Layover in Shanghai

opening times and costs 24 hour visa

I am dutch and travelling from Seoul to Amsterdam via Pudong airport. My plane arrives at Shanghai Pudong airport at 17.30. Will I still be able to get the 24 hour visa the same day or will the visa office already be closed? Also, what are the costs of the 24 hour visa?

The 24-hour visa free counter will be open at that time, so don't worry about it. It costs none.
