About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hello, I've got a connected flight from warsaw to tokyo via beijing and as I can see I don't need to change terminals because both connections are operated from terminal T3, my layover time is 2h35 minutes, is it enough to make it? Do I need some antigen test for Covid-19?
