What is the best way to go to HolidayInn Express in Heng Sheng WanLi Square from the Pudong International Airport?
Is there a shuttle available? how difficult is to get a taxi if shuttle is not available?

The metro is the most convenient way. You can take Metro Line 2 from the airport to Tangzhen Station. Get out of the Exit 1, and you can walk west about 800m to the hotel.
