The requirements are strict and you need to satisfy at least one of the following requirements:

1) If you have direct and stable investment for consecutive 3 years and have a good tax record; 2) Holding positions of deputy general manager, deputy factory director or above in China, or having associate professor, associate researcher or above and enjoying the same treatment, having worked in China for at least four consecutive years, having resided in China for not less than three years within four years, and having a good tax record;
3) Those that have made significant and outstanding contributions to China and are in special need of the country;
4) the spouse of the person referred to in subparagraphs 1, 2 and 3 of this paragraph and their unmarried children under the age of 18;
5) The spouse of a Chinese citizen or a foreigner who has obtained permanent residence status in China, whose marital relationship has lasted for at least 5 years, has resided in China continuously for at least 5 years, resided in China for not less than 9 months per year, and has stable living security and residence;
