Hepatitis b carrier people can study in China?

In this year , I got a scholarship form one of the University in China.And now, I'm preparing for go to China.But I am a hepatitis b carrier person since I was seven but my liver function is within normal and I am a healthy person.I want to know can I go to study in China?
