About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

L VISA - Application Form

I notice that in section 6 we need to state our travel companions. Does that means I apply then just fill in all the other 5 companions in section 6. Or Each traveler have to fill up individual form. I must bring along photos or can take photo on-site.

Yes, you need to mention the travel companions in the application form. But it does not mean your travel companionv do not need to fill in their application forms.

When your companions need to share the passport with you, like your children, you need to fill in 6.6F and affix their photos. BTW, you have to bring along photos.
