About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

China F visa, duly authorized invitation

My Chinese inviter is from Qingdao, China. Where he will will contact and in which link he will get duly authorized invitation letter form and where he will submit?

The official invitation letter, TE Letter or PU letter, should be obtained from local Foreign Affairs Bureau in Qingdao. I didn't find any link for the blank form; sorry for that.
