About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

Letter from Duly Authorized Unit

Hello, I have an invitation letter from my business partners in China, but no letter from the ministry or duly authorized unit. I’ve asked my business partners for assistance with this and they say that that’s all the letter they give to their clients in other countries.

According to them, there are agencies that help with that within my locality.

Please how do I go about getting this letter from the government.

Usually it's your business partner who should do the letter at the local duly authorized unit, like Foreign Affairs Office or Foreign Business Affairs Bureau. This letter is required for citizens from some certain countries, not all countries.

You should try to persuade your business partner to apply for the letter for you. If they are unwilling to help, you have to contact an agency to get it.

Many thanks for your response Mark. I thought so also. But according to them, they’ve never had to go that extra mile for a client.

So is there any Nigerian here who knows of any such agency?
