transfer time of only 130 minutes

Question

Hello, I'm flying from HND (Japan) to FRA (Germany) with one stop in Beijing, staying there for 130 minutes. Will I have to change terminals? Do you think the time is sufficient? And is the Health&Quarantine Inspection still effective in September? If so, how long does it take and which documents will I need? Many thanks for any help.

Generally, international arrival and international departure is in the same terminal. But 130 minutes are really tight; usually, 3 hours are recommended to an international to international transfer. You'd better fill in the health declaration form in advance for quarantine to save time.Good luck~
