I am applying for S2 visa for my minor sister not above 18

In visa application form is the passport of the parents neened while they are not applying?is there Nation Identification Card Is enough?

I'm afraid you may also need to prepare parents' marriage certificate or other legal document proving paternity or legal guardian. Anyway, it is better to confirm with the visa center.
