About:Overstaying in China & Penalty
X2 Visa expiring on 31 July 2023
My son is in Guangzhou. His visa expires on 31 July 2023. He went to visa office today 28 July but his visa application was not accepted due to system error.His visa paperwork was inspected and all formalities were ok and completed. Visa officer has called him on Monday 31.
We are concious if he was refused visa than he has to overstay as first available flight to Pakistan is on 3 August.
What should we do.
