About:10-year China Visa for US and Canadian Citizens

"L" China Tourist Visa - 10 Year China Visa expired 30 March 2023

I am a Canadian citizen and will be going back to Singapore to visit siblings in March 2025 for two months. During my stay in Singapore, I plan to tour China with family members (a party of 4 seniors) for approximately 3 weeks. Places of interests are Zhangjiajie, Guilin, Kunming, Shangri-la, Xian and Yangtze Cruise. We are planning Free & Easy and will start our tours in Guangzhou flying from Singapore. Likelihood, we will join a travel agency in Guangzhou or arrange a private tour when we check in at our hotel in Guangzhou. As such, I have a few clarifications as follows:-

(1) Can I apply for a China Visa in Singapore?
(2) Checklist requires Proof of a hotel reservation - Are we to show proof of hotel reservations for all our stays in China i.e. hotels in Zhangjiajie, Guilin, Kunming, Shangri-la, Xian and Yangtze Cruise.

Thank you and look forward to your response.

I'm afraid you can't as you are not a long-term resident of Singapore. You can contact the visa center for sure.
Yes, just prepare the proof if you have reserved already. For those destinations you haven't reserved, it's OK to book upon arrival in China. You need to provide at least the hotel reservation of your arrival city.
