x1 visa

hello sir , my jw 201 issue by my old passport which one i lost . now i have new passport , can i apply for visa with my new passport and jw201(IN jw201 have write my old passport number)? do i need any extra documents from university ?

I think you may need to submit your ID card to prove you are the person the JW201 is issued for. You also need to submit admission notice from the university.
