Hong Kong to Shenzhen for a day trip

What station in Hong Kong do I catch the MRT to Shenzhen. AlsoHow do I get a return ticket?

The East Rail Line connects HK downtown with Lu Wo border and Futian Port. Some of the MTR stations are Hung Hom, Mong Kok East, Tai Wai, and Sha Tin.
