About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

I am a female March 16 1968 my partner is January 8 1982.

He is very forward and conceited. He pays a lot of attention towards other women at parties ignoring me. Then he says I am insecure and jealous. Also he is very disorganized and I am constantly cleaning up after him. Also our age is a negative factor. Please help me. What should I do?
