About:China Visa on Arrival

For American passport, can I Have VOA to Peking and Shanghai?

I want to explore China on October 2023, I want to go to Peking, Shanghai, Zhenchen, and other city for 12 days, can I have VOA with American passport and one traveler Indonesia passport with USA residence. Thank you

No. Your travel itinerary in China requires a regular visa. You need to apply for it in advance.
