t3 to t2

hello i`m planning to go to my country and i have a transit in T3 to T2 do i need a visa because i will stay for 17 hours unitel my next flightalso do i need to pay any fees for transit or transportation to T2 thank you

No visa is needed for this transfer. If leaving the terminal, you may apply for a temporary entry permit, which is free of charge. For transportation, you can travel by Airport Express Bus, taking CNY25; or by free shuttle bus running back and forth between the terminals.
