Transit time at Baiyun airport & Covid test

I have an international connecting flight at Baiyun airport T2 flying in from Tokyo. My transit hours between arrival and departure is 1.5 hours and is the time sufficient to make the transfer. Also, do I need to have a Covid test for the transit at the airport?
