Hi I’m a Philippine passport holder and have a connecting flight for 23 hours

From manila back to united arab emirates, I have an emirates ID which is a residency ID for UAE. I am planning to go out the airport and visit guanzhou, do I need a visa to go out of the airport. Is it easy to go out and explore the city and be back of the airport, thank you so much.
