Question

From manila back to united arab emirates, I have an emirates ID which is a residency ID for UAE. I am planning to go out the airport and visit guanzhou, do I need a visa to go out of the airport.  Is it easy to go out and explore the city and be back of the airport, thank you so much.

You can make use of 24-hour visa free transit. Upon landing, go to the 24/144-hour free transit counter to apply for a temporary entry permit, then you will be allowed to go out of the airport. A self-testing antigen is needed.
