Arriving on cruise ship to several ports

What documentation do I need for arriving and leaving by cruise ship to several different ports over a span of 10 days. I will not be staying in hotels nor will I have an invitation from someone in China. I will be leaving China on a cruise ship.

You need a multiple-entry tourist visa. You may ask for an invitation letter from your cruise company.
