You should just count the entire duration of your transit segment starting from the scheduled landing in Shanghai, until your scheduled departure from Kunming. At the time of your check-in in South Korea, you will just declare that you will fly to Bangladesh via China using 24 hour visa free transit. Upon your landing in Shanghai, you will approach 24/144 hour visa free transit counter where you will apply for a temporary entry permit. This is necessary to be allowed to exit the airport or better to say to exit the airside. This application is for free and consumes just a limited time. You are good to go.
