Health declaration form

If I submit my health declaration form (for covid 19), will I get a receipt? Or should I print it off? Or show it on my laptop?

You just need to fill out the Chinese Health Declaration Form one line and show it to the staff via phone upon your arrival. There is no need to print it out.
