About:China Customs Declaration

Can I bring SGD$6000 into shanghai? convert to will be aound $33,000 yuan .
how do I declare if needed?
Also, can I bring Bak gua air seal from Mei Zhen Xiang 2 big packets into shanghai?

You can only take no more than 20,000 yuan. Sorry, you cannot take Bak Gua, which I believe is a kind of meat product.
