About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

Leaving Guangzhou by train

I plan to go Moscow-Guangzhou-Hong Kong and use the train for the last segment. Am I eligible for 144 hour stay visa?

No, unfortunately, your itinerary is not eligible for any kind of visa free transit scheme. Trains running through Mongolia, including the trains from Russia to China are not and they were never eligible for visa free transit scheme.
