You cannot travel from Macau to Hong Kong airport via mainland China without a visa. So, your intention is not possible without a visa that should be obtained in advance.

You option is to take a bus via HZMB bridge or a ferry from Macau to Hong Kong.

Also, it is important to mention that Indonesian citizens are currently ineligible for Zhuhai visa on arrival. In other words, just take a bus over the bridge between Macau and Hong Kong or take a direct ferry.

Please, do not mix HZM with Zhuhai. If you take a bus you will not go to Zhuhai at all but to Macau border section of HZM bridge and from there toward Hong Kong. You will not enter Zhuhai at all.

Zhuhai has its separate section on HZM bridge, but this section is used for passengers between Zhuhai and Hong Kong. In other words, just do not use Zhuhai because you will just make a confusion since by taking a bridge from Macau to Hong Kong, you do not enter, cross or whatever anything that has any connection with Zhuhai. OK the bridge has a name Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau BridgeHong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge, but it does not imply that you will enter Zhuhai.
