About:China Talent Visa

Visa for 10 years

I have another 2 years on my job contract in China. I have High Level Foreign Talent certificate.

Can I get an R visa for 10 years, then come to China any time I want in the next 10 years (for up to 6 months per visit) even if I don't continue to have a job in China?

As I know, your High Level Foreign Talent Certificate is only valid within 6 months. You have to apply for a R visa in its valid date. If you only have a 2-year job contract, then you probably get an R visa only for 2 years. In principle, its validity conincides with your contract.
