Visa type and required documents for Post-doctoral position in China

Hi,
I've been chosen to work as a post-doctoral researcher at one of the research academy in Beijing. The letter and the entry certificate have been sent to me. What kind of visa do I need to apply for this (is it Z visa)?, What are the additional necessary paperwork that I need to have ready for that?
