About:Visa on Arrival

Can I still obtain a visa on arrival if I was already issued a different type of visa (e.g. F, L)?

I was issued an F visa for work purposes, but F is only single entry. I may need multiple entry, related to work, but it will mostly be traveling back and forth between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. I am wondering if it is possible to enter Shenzhen via visa on arrival even if I already have a valid visa of a different type.

No, unfortunately, you cannot do that because you are not allowed to have two concurrent Chinese visas.
