ferry to shekou

Question

Hello! I am staying in Hong Kong for a couple of nights first then planning to travel to Shenzhen via the ferry to Shekou port as I need to get a VOA. Do I have to go back to the airport to get the ferry? Also when I arrive in Shenzhen is there a taxi rank there? I’m staying at The Langham in Shenzhen. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! No, you don' t have to go back to the HK airport. You can take a ferry from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. Yes, of course there are taxis ranking at B1 floor taxi area. You can also take Metro Line 12 from Shekou port (Taiziwan Station) to Nanshan Station and then transfer to Metro Line 11 to Chegong Miao Station. Exit from Exit B and walk west about 600m to reach your hotel.
