About:Visa on Arrival

Swedish passport, possible to get VOA and fly to another country from SZX?

Swedish passport holder, plan to visit HK and then get VOA to SZ, and then fly out SZX to Seoul
Is that possible?

Yes, of course. This is perfectly possible and performed by many. It is just important to have in mind that your flight Shenzhen - Seoul is not allowed to have any additional landing within mainland China or in other words, it has to be a nonstop flight.

By the way, I suggest you to take a ferry from Hong Kong to Shekou port in Shenzhen because it seems that overland border crossings are quite crowded and the waiting times are long. Just have in mind the fact of the Shekou visa office opening hours: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30.
