About:China Visa on Arrival

144 visa free

Dear,
I am already in Shenzen and applied for 144 free visa. My business schedule changed and need to depart early than the ticket presented to the border. What option I have is to flight to Beijing and from there to Busan to be in time. So far the stop over is not allowed what will happen if I am accepted on the flight at the emigration in Beijing. Thank you for great advices

Virgil Filip, you should not do that. You will breach the rule and you risk a fine or even a deportation. Your best bet is to book a ferry from Shekou port in Shenzhen to Hong Kong. After you reach Hong Kong, you are advised to proceed toward South Korea. I have to warn you that even this solution is not ideal because you are not leaving the country based on some kind of visible emergency.

Ideally, you should visit the nearest PSB (Public Security Bureau) and explain to them your situation and the necessity to alter your plans and to exit the country earlier that originally presented. They will almost certainly accept your arguments, but will almost certainly insist that you cannot take a flight via Beijing.
