About:Visa on Arrival

Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Hong Kong

We're staying in HK for 5 days. If we will go to Shenzhen for 1D+1N will we need a visa to come back to HK for 1 day couse we have a flight from HK. I'm a citizen of Russia, my GF is a citizen of Ukraine

No, you will not need a visa because both Russian and Ukrainian citizens can travel to Hong Kong visa free. Also, both Russian and Ukrainian citizens are eligible for a 5 days Shenzhen VOA. Almost certainly, the most convenient border crossing is Luohu (Lo Wu), but be careful to reach there on time since visa office (for obtaining Shenzhen VOA) is open just until 16:30.

You can exit from Shenzhen to Hong Kong by taking any border crossing and any mean of transport, high speed train included.
