Applied for Q2 visa and Tourism visa

Hi , I would like to apply Q2 Visa for my father-in-law for reunion with his spouse and son in China.His age is above 70 years old , understand above 70 do not require to get fingers print during appointment at embassy.His spouse and son are both Chinese citizens).Beside filling up the application form and making appointment, some are for the information like education information for my father-in-law was unable to fill up , how to apply if without filing up, can I still apply?How much is the cost of Visa fee for Q2 and L visa ? How long it take to process?Appreciate yr prompt reply on above matter.

Fill up the application form is a must. Visa fee for Q2 generally cost from SGD106 to 216 according to different process times. SGD 106 is for regular, 171 is for express and 216 is for urgent. the L visa costs from SGD 86 to 206 depending on the entry times and process times. Generally, it takes around 4 working days to apply for regular, 3 days for express and 2 days for urgent process.
