Hi Thanks for the information.

As a citizen from The netherlands am I eligible for Shenzhen VOA? I never had a chinese visum before. I want to visit my family for a few days.

Yes, you are eligible for Shenzhen VOA. The best option is to cross the border at Luohu (Lo Wu) border crossing, but have in mind that visa office is open just until 16:30. Also, have in mind that you will have to present a negative PCR/antigen test, not older than 48 hours at the time of your arrival at the border crossing. The price of VOA for Netherlands citizens is 168 CNY.
