Hi, i am an indian passport holder in hongkong, can i get visa for china in hongkong or on arrival at shenzhen

Shenzhen VOA is only eligible for those India passport holders who once obtained a regular China visa before. Also, it only allows one to stay within Shenzhen administrative boundary. You may try to apply for a regular visa in HK. But it is not guaranteed you will succeed because it is not your home country.
