About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Covid test

I have an flight from Amsterdam to Hanoi via Guangzhou airport. With an transfer time of 5 hours. Do I need an covid test for the transfer in China?

Yes, you do. This requirement is still current and you should have a test not older than 48 hours at the time of boarding your China bound plane. Hopefully this requirement will be abolished as soon as possible.
