Covid test

Hi! I'm travelling London - Shenzhen - Hanoi. Do I need a Covid test to transit in China? The stopover is around 5 hours.

Yes, you do. Currently, this requirement is still enforced. You have to have in mind that your PCR or antigen test should not be older than 48 hours at the time of boarding of your China bound plane. You can do it by taking DIY testing kit and present such a result upon your arrival. It is evident that Chinese authorities are more and more relaxed in this regard every single day. Hopefully this requirement will be discontinued soon.

Both PCR and antigen tests are accepted as well as DIY test. This is all that I know. For the details like presentation you should ask on a forum dedicated to that segment of travel. I'm sorry.
