Dear Sirs,In case I wish to organise a travel to China and Tibet area but I live in London under EU settled status and I am italian citizen, may I request tourist visa to CVASC in London?Moreover how can I get entry permission to Tibet area?Whilst I thank you in advance,I look forward to hearing from you.Kind Regards,

It's possible for you to get a China visa in London, showing the legal residence permit there. But it's not guaranteed. As for Tibet Travel Permit, you need to join a tour group organized by those travel agencies to obtain it. Your agency will help you to apply for it.
