How can I stay in China more than 1 year?

I was born in China. I am 60 years old and have my property in China. I have retired. My daughter is working in China. I like to stay with her and with my friends for retirement. How can I get a visa for more than 1 year?

You can apply for an S1 visa depending on your daughter working in China. After entering, change the visa to a residence permit which allows you to stay in China for a long time, which can be one year long.
