I have limited time to reach Beijing railway station after landing from PEK Air Port. What is the quckest way to go there.

As I can see, most trains depart from Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station to Dalian. Are you sure yours will depart from Beijing Railway Station? Anyway, the quickest way is by taxi, taking 40-45 minutes or so if there is no traffic jam. If there is a traffic jam, the following will be faster: take airport express to Dongzhimen, then change to subway line 2 to that railway station. The total travel time is about 50 minutes.
