About:China Family Reunion Visa

What visa should I apply, my family is in China, I have a residence which expired during covic?

Am married to a Chinese and we have a daughter. I want to go back but would want to know what visa am to apply? Had 2 years residence before which expired 2020. During the covic I couldn't go back but thing are a bit eased at the Chinese border. I want to go back, how can I go about it?

As the family of Chinese, you can apply for a Q visa. Fill in the application form online, print it out and sign it, then make an appointment to submit the requirements to local CVASC. Other requirements include passport, invitation letter from your Chinese family and your marrige certificate.
