mexican passport apply in shenzhezn customs

I'm traveling from HK with mexican passport for Chinaplas fair Can I Apply on boarding cross HK/shenzhen

from april 17Th-20th

Yes, you can. You are advised to use Luohu border crossing, but you should be aware that visa office is open just until 16:30. You will apply for Shenzhen 5 days VOA that allows you to stay within the administrative borders of Shenzhen city. You can return to Hong Kong via any border crossing and by any mean of transport.
