About:Visa on Arrival

I am a Hong Kong permanent resident with Indian Passport . Am I be eligible for 5 days Shenzhen VOA?

I want to take the MTR from HK to go to shenzen for a day trip.

This is definitely highly doubtful. This visa usually correlates with 53 citizenships that are eligible for 144 hours visa free transit and India is not among them with the exception of those who were granted Chinese visa before (in the past). You can try, but I am afraid that the chances that you will be rejected are quite high. In any case, if you decide to try, you should visit Luohu border crossing and have in mind that visa office is open just until 16:30.
