About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

UK citizen transiting from London through Shenzhen to Manila

You mention that Shenzhen does not qualify for the 24 hour visa free transit option. As a UK citizen travelling from London into and out of Shenzhen airport (just a few hours layover probably) to Manila, what visa do I need to apply for to permit this transit?

You are eligible for both 24-hour and 144-hour visa free transit. As you will stay less than 24 hours, it is more possible they will give you a 24-hour one. Wish you a smooth trip~
