Visa extension in china

I hold Chinese M visa for duration 30days.
But I need to extend my duration of stay.
I’m entering china march 14.
This is my first time visiting
Q: 1 - it’s possible for extended visa here in china for single entry?
Q : how I counted my last day from my entering china according china rules?

1. It's possible to extend your current stay in China, at local entry and exit administration office.
2. The duration of stay is counted from the next day after entry, which means the duration of stay is actually 31 days for you.
