How long to issue a visa after interview

Hi there. I just submitted the online application and selected an interview date. How long does it take after the interview to get the visa, assuming it is approved? Do they hold your passport for that time?

It usually takes 4 working days and they hold your passport for that time. There is also rush or express service taking 1-3 working days, but they need additional pay.
